My role has changed through my time with RSTO but always focused around the sales and management environment within two channel partners where I have continued to grow my knowledge and skill set.
Primary duties include the following:
- Consultative sales process from beginning to end, reviewing businesses online requirements and provide advice, information and proposal based solutions that are easy to understand. CMS and E-commerce. (ePages, Joomla, Virtuemart)
- Online Marketing and Organic Search Engine Optimisation.
- Using Netsuite CRM system to manage my day-to-day client base including leads, opportunities, quotations, proposals, and sales processing, forecasting and reporting.
