Welcome to my page. My Name is Jon Brown and I am a Police officer with nine years experience. I am a former college athlete (football), got my degree, went to the police academy, then got married. Stayed active for the first few years, and kept in shape. As time went on My wife and I decided to have children and I am a proud Father of two kids. Unfortunately my workout time deminished then one day someone made a comment about the belt buckle on my duty belt pointing down to the ground like grandpa. I decided to make a change and now feel great and found time for everyone in my life important to me. All it took was a little dedication and now I am loving life again!
