Consultant Nephrologist. After my training period as a resident (MIR) in Hospital "Puerta de Hierro" in Madrid, I had the opportunity to organize and start up the hemodialysis unit at the "Hospital General La Mancha Centro" at Alcázar de San Juan -Spain- in 1995. It was a wonderfull challenge that allowed me to learn in organization and personal relationships with five different hospitals. After 10 years of work in Alcázar de San Juan, we moved to Hospital Nostra Senyora de Meritxell in Andorra, where, for 10 years now, I have developed my work in the hemodialysis unit, hospital admitted patients, outpatients and renal transplant recipients follow up.
