José is finishing his phd in labour sciences. he is graduated in law (Lisbon), he also completed a pos-graduation in HR, a course per Judge and an MBA (Marketing - Univ.Católica).
José worked more than 25 years as HR Director in top companies of several sectors. 10 years in Tabaqueira (Philip Morris), 3 in Electroliber (distribution), 9 in Smithkline Beecham / GSK, 2 at Altitude Software, 2 in Essilor Portugal, 2,5 in OPCA (Construction) and 1,5 at Banco Finantia (Investment Banking). Recently he was appointed Managing Partner of Stanton Chase International - Executive Search Consultants, after the integration of HumanCap International in this company.
