Joseph Chen joined Sibelco Asia in early 2009 as a member of Operations & Efficiencies (OE) based in Taiwan. Before joining Sibelco, he worked as a project manager and supply chain system consultant for Nike BU of Pouchen Group. With four years of experience in mainland China and other Asian countries, Joseph led supply chain improvement projects for the electronics industry (Laptop, PCB, LCD, & Optoelectronics) and the sportswear industry.
Since coming to Sibelco Asia, Joseph helped established, with minimal investment, the first operation and engineering knowledge management (KM) system. Based on this successful experience, he proposed and led the establishment of Sibelcopedia, a next gen
