My hometown is  El Paso, TX and it holds a dear place in my heart, it is were i began my new life in recovery.  I was given the opportunity to work for a non profit organization that assisted in introducing me to the recovery community. I have currently been clean from all mood altering substances since October 2, 2005. This journey has afforded me great opportunities to travel and share that experience strength and hope with others.  Recently in 2010 I decided to make a move east to Austin and I am looking forward to what life brings me in this new city of possibilities.
