I am passionate about sports and the conditioning of athletes. After graduating with a Sport Science degree at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (cum laude) I went on to complete a Medical Honours in Exercise Science, Biokinetics at the University of Cape Town. This degree allows me to not only work with individuals as a conditioning coach, but also as a rehabilitative therapist, specializing in final phase rehabilitation and return to sport. I completed an internship at Discovery High Performance Centre (Cape Town), where I gained experience in performance testing and training as well as data analysis and reporting.
