This is my Facebook for my friends and colleagues who somehow share some interest in facilitation, capacity building, social and democratic political change etc. I believe that facilitation and facilitators can make an important contribution. I design innovative, collaborative meetings and conferences using state-of-the art approaches, methods and tools such as Open Space, Appreciative Inquiry, Future Search, World Cafe, Scenario Building etc. As a former technical advisorof the German Development Cooperation (GTZ) in India, the German Embassy in Thailand and many years as a facilitator and trainer I've had the privilege to work on three continents: Asia, Europe and Africa.
