I have over 20 years’ experience driving top scientific and technological research projects, and over 10 years’ experience in systems and data analysis, system design and industry development. I have a solid background as a teacher and mentor in higher education. For the last 16 years I worked in projects related with Bayesian technology, data mining, machine learning, decision theory, optimization techniques and geometric reasoning. My different jobs gave me extensive and applicable knowledge in subjects such as robotics, diagnosis and prediction under uncertainty, decision and risk analysis, health informatics, smart cities, and pattern matching.
