About
Julia Claxton graduated from the London College of Printing in 1988 with a BA(Hons) in Photography. Since then her award winning work has been exhibited and reproduced both nationally and internationally. She has also worked as a visiting lecturer and workshop tutor in photography, drawing, printmaking and design at various venues including her alma mater The London College of Printing/London Institute, and as a digital imaging consultant.
Fulfilling her vision has always entailed constant experiment in both photographic processes and other media. Her work has been described by The Royal Photographic Society as ‘innovative and cutting edge’. Amongst other awards she is a past holder of
