As a Research Consultant, I analyze the needs of our client and develop an effective recruitment strategy. Our recruiting challenge is finding candidates with niche skills whereby normal recruiting strategies aren’t always effective for identifying qualified candidates. It challenges me to be creative, perseverant and optimistic. Furthermore I guide the candidates through the whole process of changing to a new challenge. Finding the perfect match between the job, the candidate and the company is what triggers me in my current position.
