I am also an expert on food, as I used to be the founder, restauratrice and chef of The Stockbridge restaurant. I was also a food writer and even had my own cookbook published, Dinner With Juliet (out of print now but you can find some old tattered copies on Amazon, occasionally, and in the odd Oxfam bookshop!).
