Attended the 1983 AIESEC International (Sankt Englmar, Germany) and 1986 (Gothenburg, Sweden) Congresses. Organizing Committee member of the Barranquilla Latin American Congress in 1984, memory lapse, plus several leadership development seminars, NCP/LCP meetings in Colombia, plus several traineeships in Spain (1987-1990).
