I have diverse experience development sector particularly in Maternal and Child Health and Education in Gujarat and Bihar. During my work and course I have strengthened my skills and develop a better understanding about these sectors (NGO as well as Government).
Planning, Data Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Innovative activities, Training, capacity building, Expert documentation and Team coordination are my specific strengths.
Moreover, I got state award in Documentation and developed a nation-wide implemented Mother and Child health data tracking software called E-Mamta which now upgraded at National level with the name of "Mother and Child Tracking System".
