I have 8 years experience in telecommunication field with multi vendor background. As an Optimization Engineer, I able to perform end to end troubleshooting on Siemens RBS, Huawei Node B, Ericsson RBS and Ericsson Node B. I’m very familiar with 2G and 3G KPIs and statistics for multi vendor: Siemens (2G), Ericsson (2G3G), Huawei (2G3G/LTE) and ZTE (2G3G/LTE) and able to analyze, interpret and relate them with network operation and performance. My key strength is on network optimization, data collection, analysis and troubleshooting skills. I'm a person that able to assist or instruct field operation technicians on site for troubleshooting, strong decision-making skills and the ability.
