A400M Check Stress F&DT Lead: Flap Support Structure and Pylon Attachment Bracket Simultaneously Leading two projects and team of 10 (6+4) engineers. • Load processing of high lift loads, thermal loads, fuel pressure and wing bending loads. • Fatigue stress spectrum generation for critical features – Aft Fitting, Shear plate, vertical stiffeners, cleats, pylon brackets • Development of a VB tool to do the fatigue analysis of different components. • Leading Fatigue and DT life calculation for following items: o Aft Fitting Attachments, Spigots holes o Shear Plate attachment, Spigot holes o Vertical Stiffeners o Rib Post, Cleats and Fasteners o Pylon attachment Brackets, Lugs, ...
