The Lincolnarchives Digital Project is currently digitizing the entire contents of the Abraham Lincoln White house years 1861-65, which are currently housed at the National Archives and Records Administration. With over 6000 documents currently online and approximately 100 added daily, users now have the opportunity to research Lincoln and the Civil War years from the comfort of their computers, minus the dust, of course! Newspapers, maps, political cartoons, and photographs compliment the documents. The powerful search engine instantly links related documents from other record groups and entries.
