As an instructional designer, I have the ability to see the bigger picture. My technical background helps me ask the right questions. My communication skills are excellent. I work very well with SMEs. I take pride in making sure that my end-user (target audience) is truly engaged and ‘gets it’ so that they can learn and grow.
