I manage the day-to-day operations of the California State University, Chico's social media program as well as long term planning, assist with digital newsletters, internal communications, and web content management. My previous positions include working with University Communications at San Francisco State University, and work as an associate editor at a bilingual English-Japanese newspaper in San Francisco. I earned her BA from University of California, Berkeley and an MA from SFSU, both in Japanese.
I have more than 20 years experience in an Okinawan style of karate and kobudo, and enjoy teaching and training in my spare time.
