RQC is a mid-sized (175 ee's - maximum of 250 ee's) commercial Design/Build construction management firm specializing in building for the Department of Defense. My role is to recruit, on-board and retain extraordinary, diversified talent (emphasis on Architectural/Design recruitment), while managing the HR, HR Legal Compliance and Employee Health and Retirement Benefits functions. I also consult, as a member of the OD/HR team, in the functions of Employee Relations, Policy Development, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation, and Risk Management.
