According to the CDC (2012), obesity kills more Americans every year than AIDS, all cancers and all accidents combined. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention state that 66% of Americans are obese, causing significant health and financial consequences to our nation. This translates into 2 out every 3 adults are obese and 1 out every 3 kids are obese.  It estimated 2030 that 42% of Americans will be obese and translates into 100 million Americans, including our children.
