Currently exclusively involved with the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency, Engineering Management Branch. Ms. O’Leary is currently serving as the PTS Post Preliminary Lead for the FEMA Risk Map program, joint venture between URS Corporation and Dewberry and Davis. She is exclusively involved in the management and quality assurance process of new and/or revised Base Flood Elevations for Flood Insurance Study (FIS) reports and Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs), which are required, by law, to publish in the Federal Register.
