With more than 20 years experience on service business development and research, I have built extensive networks within the service field and undertaken projects and studies for a wide range of service contexts. I completed my Ph.D at Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki in 1999. In my doctoral thesis I examined service productivity, and my Master’s thesis dealt with service quality models (in 1993 at University of Tampere, Finland). I am presently a board member of the Finnish Service Alliance (FSA), and run a special interest group in the FSA focusing on "service logic in business models".
