Responsibilities:
•	Plan, execute, monitor and manage Cloud Service Management, Project and Portfolio Management, Enterprise Management (Infrastructure and Application Performance Management), Mainframe and Security Presales teams’ performance in Northern Europe (Nordics and Benelux). 
•	Work with Sales and Business Unit Management to ensure Presales teams are effectively able to drive and support Sales in the technical validation portion of the sales cycle. Ensure through resource and time management that existing opportunities are properly staffed and that the region has scale and skill sets to support Sales opportunities. 
•	Also has responsibility to work with Sales and Delivery
