During the first 8 years I was involved in plant commissioning, troubleshooting, optimization and simulation. Thereafter, for the next 2 years I have worked in the field of process automation. Last six years I have moved into business function and have been working in strategy planning dept. This experience has given me an overall business outlook and the complete picture of a petrochemical industry and the different challenges that needs to be overcome to run it successfully.
