COMPANY PROFILE AKSAN Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Industries, Trading Ltd. Co. was established in 1997 by Mr. Ali Kağncı, (Mechanical Engineer, ITU) in İstanbul, Turkey. In the beginning, AKSAN was providing the complete range of mechanical engineering services, such as mechanical installations including HVAC, sanitary systems, plumbing, etc., as well as architectural services.
