As a executive secretary for Perbanas professional development we serve professional certification preparation for banking and other financial institution. As a consultant and public speaker concern in human resources development and information communication technology. In collaboration with Economic Review, we create Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCA) 2015 and 2016 based on human capital competency theory with soft systems methodology approach. I am also board of jury on human capital for Indonesia Banking Award 2013-now, Indonesia BPR Award 2013-now, Indonesia Insurance Award 2013-now.
