The Spirit Fix is my attempt to share my own life changing experiences with as many people as possible without sacrificing the quality, intimacy, or nature of these very special, unique, and highly impactful personal experiences. What began as a personal journey has quickly grown to include my family and friends and rapidly expanded to a rather large network of incredible like minded people interested in taking a deeper look at themselves and improving their health, relationships, careers, and overall quality of life.
