In 2011, Ken Daubenspeck entered his 30th year of executive recruiting. Previous to his career in executive search, Ken worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) banking division.
In 1981, Ken launched Daubenspeck & Associates in Chicago. Focusing on CIO searches, Today, Daubenspeck & Associates has grown into one of the top international executive search firms specializing in executive, cross border appointments.
Ken was named to the "150 Most Influential Search Consultants in the World" list produced by BusinessWeek in January, 2009. He is also a Foundation Board Member of Oakton Community College, and Junior Achievement. Ken received an B.A. degree from DePaul University in 1984.
