As a Proposal Coordinator at Allsteel/HNI Corp, I develop and publish proposals that land high-volume deals for the second-largest manufacturer of office furniture in the world. I coordinate the proposal process for our largest domestic and global accounts, aligning internal and external resources to generate the information we need to answer each request. I then develop a proposal tailored to each clients' unique identity and needs, drawing on my artistic creativity and powerful writing skills to deliver proposals that inform, inspire, and ultimately, persuade potential clients to choose Allsteel.
