I work within the Community Particpaiton Brach at the Office for Recreation and Sport to create sustainable sport and active recreation environments in which participation opportunities are inclusive for all. This will be achieved by: • Increasing the capacity of the sport and active recreation industry to service participants regardless of their gender, religion, ethnicity, ability etc • Increasing awareness of the sport and active recreation industry to the different needs of specific client groups • Increasing awareness of marginalised population groups about how to access sport and active recreation. • Promoting opportunities for people from marginalised population groups to...
