My duties include the following:
1. overseeing the preparation of the college academic plan and following-up its implementation;
2. coordinating between the academic and administrative units in the college;
3. submitting proposals regarding recruiting faculty members, TA and lab.technicians and others;
4. overseeing and monitoring the teaching/learning process in the college of pharmacy;
5. submitting reports at the end of each academic year about the college academic, administrative and financial affairs showing activities, level of performance, study issues, examinations and results and identifying the points of strength and weakness;
