Infrastructure Administration Practice Lead

Engaging with and reporting to the Practice Manager and positively influencing the Administration Infrastructure Practice strategy. Understanding related technologies in order to craft solutions to match customer needs. Facilitating practice programs (SME, Mentorship). Keeping abreast of upcoming service offerings, new technology directions and product training paths. Managing the career growth of consultants within the practice, and cross train consultants in other delivery areas, to help expand the skills. Liaise with other Groundswell project and service groups to ensure delivery excellence.
