I have been working with Danish tax law in more than 20 years. Since the first major energy reform in Denmark in 1999 I have been dedicated to Power & Utilities and have assisted in numerous mergers and demergers, takeovers, structuring of companies, tax planning, tax appeals and much more, all in balance with the tax regulation and specific sector regulation. The clients have been a diversity of large multinationals and small national cooperatives within all Power & Utility sectors and I have also been advisor to various Power & Utility associations.
