Personal & Business Coach. I have had a varied career holding senior positions in the Finance, Defence and Health industries however the one common theme has been my commitment to supporting people through various stages of personal and professional development. When I discovered Coaching in 2003 I knew that I had found my true role in life. In 2006, after 3 years working for an American Career Coaching company I decided to set up Boddach Ltd. People often confuse coaching and training but to me they are very different. In life, as in Coachings sporting origins, Training gives you the skills to play the game. Coaching shows you how to win!
