About
I am a PhD candidate at the University of Oslo. I am currently working under David and Leslie Rutkowski's "Embracing Heterogeneity in International Surveys: Optimal Test Design and Parameter Estimation" project. I intend to tackle the heterogeneity in international large scale assessments issue from a south and east African perspective by use of SACMEQ data to evaluate the current methods under use. This includes evaluating several IRT models to establish those that fit best using psychometric methods.
