I am a government officer and regional development practitioner in Indonesia. My past and current responsibilities include conducting research in the area of regional planning and public administration, formulating policies and strategies, designing tools or simulations or instruments for competency assessment, being an assessor for competency assessment, and providing technical and administrative assistance to government institutions both at central and local levels.
I have developed a professional career in the public and private sectors. I also actively take part as volunteer in some social movement particularly in education sector. I have traveled to 22 countries.
