My name is Kyle Young-Moncure, I am a Certified Trainer in the areas Diversity & Inclusion and Cultural Competence, and I believe our country has some serious work to do. I believe that diverse cultures are not only compatible, but we also enhance and enrich each others lives by sharing ideas, core values, histories, and aspirations as well. I think that a pro-active, open dialogue about race in America is long overdue.
