I write stories, poetry and non-fiction, offer shamanic healing, soul coaching and workshops, and am mum to two boys, Forrest and River. I am a full mesa carrier in the South American shamanic tradition, as taught by the Four Winds Society, and have worked with healers in North America, Europe and Peru.
