Laia Pujol founded Outsight in 2012. She has experience on design and implementation of digital innovation policies for governments at regional and international level. In the last 3 years, she has been working on the online engagement strategy of Digital Agenda for Europe, the EU policy strategy led by Vice-president and Commissioner Neelie Kroes.

Laia is Lecturer in the International University of La Rioja in the Master of Design and Management of technological projects. She is also Head of European Projects at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at IESE Business School.
