I am a person who loves to motivate people around me to achieve better results. Passionate about cross-culture management and employee relations, landing in a multicultural organization like Abbott is a good fit for me. With a 'can-do attitude' and the philosophy 'follow your passion and success will follow you', I am accumulating practical experience to prepare for a life-long academic career. I am currently joining a book project on Human Resource Development in Vietnam for the publisher Palgrave Macmillan.
