Larry Qian has 15 years experiences in IT (software and service), Internet and media industry. Currently, Larry is CEO and founder of Oceanus Data Company, a leading Enterprise Marketing Management software company in Beijing.
Previously, Larry held the management position of IT professional services and software business in Oracle, IBM GBS, and HP. Larry also had worked for BDA, a UK strategy consulting and investment advisory firm focusing on TMT industry as consulting manager.
