I am a creative and accomplished learning and talent development professional with over 15 years’ experience working for a number of blue chip and Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries.
Driven by passion and purpose I have led local and regionally dispersed teams; have been responsible for the provision of region-wide learning and development interventions impacting thousands of employees; managed budgets in excess of $2million per annum and; implemented a variety of key initiatives across a number of different countries in complex, matrix environments. I am very comfortable developing and delivering impactful interventions, in managing teams and complex project portfolios .
