My role involves working with schools, MATs and wider educational bodies to review their professional learning and development needs then identify the right next steps for them. Here at Osiris, we only work with schools on high impact approaches where the impact is backed up by robust evidence. As well as being the lead Visible Learning consultant in the UK, I am also a trainer for the highly effective Osiris Teaching Intervention.
