Retired to Mexico in 2008 after 40+ years in Washington, DC working for government agencies, including the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Technology, the United States Railway Association, a government corporation established to resolve the bankruptcies of the freight railroads in the North East, and the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. I also worked in NYC in 1982/83 and in Arlington VA 1979-1984 for WEA, the presenters of the Landmark Forum.
