Before joining Steve in 1989 at Garber Bros. Precision Concrete, Lee was applying his programming skills, writing inventory and production programs for the agricultural industry.
When he started at Garber Bros., he transitioned from bookkeeping and IT to managing all the company鈥檚 financial responsibilities. During the early 90鈥檚, Lee and Steve were on a quest to develop an accurate measuring system that could clearly communicate units of measure among all the employees.
