I am an agricultural and rural development professional with a rich field based experience working with smallholder farmers across Nigeria, helping to improve their livelihood through capacity development training, promotion of best practices and access to other actors in their value chains leading to significant increase in their agricultural and rural enterprise productivity. I facilitate the organization of rural communities into viable groups to improve their value chain competitiveness and lastly but not the least, I work with rural communities for the mainstreaming of women and youths into economic and market development activities and ensure their voices are heard where it matters....
