To be able to work in an industry that allows all their workers to be able, with pride, to return home safely without injury to their loved ones and enjoy life from the money they have earned. I strongly believe that I have the knowledge, experience, foreseeability, training and follow-up skills to uphold this belief and help in the process of strengthening everyone’s Safety Culture. I also believe that OHS is not a trophy where it sits on the office shelf gathering dust. OHS needs to be continually breathed in by all to ensure that everyone learns and grows from it so that their lives can be free from debilitating workplace injuries and risks.
