Most of my career has focused on Problem Solving, Developing People and organization-wide Strategic Planning. The Body of Knowledge I use is called the Toyota Production System or TPS. I acquired/am acquiring TPS knowledge through 20 years of practical experience with Toyota's North American management team and 5 years of consulting outside of Toyota.
