My team and I are responsible for ensuring the smooth co-ordination and delivery of ICT support services by SWARH, across the South Western region of Victoria. We are integral in assisting SWARH to provide high quality, sustainable and efficient ICT services to our customers regionally. I provide performance reporting against the overall SLA targets for our customers and monitor their feedback on our performance to ensure our customers needs are met and where possible exceeded.
